Refund Policy
At ManBrite, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something’s not right, we’re here to help. Please read our refund and returns policy below.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns on unused, unopened products in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be in its original packaging
• It must be unused and in resaleable condition
• Proof of purchase is required (e.g. order confirmation or receipt)
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
• Opened or used products
• Gift cards
• Sale items (unless faulty)
2. How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email us at manbrite.co@gmail.com with the subject line “Return Request – [Your Order Number]”.
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back. Please note that customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
• Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
• Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us within 3 days of delivery at manbrite.co@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible with a replacement or full refund.
5. Exchanges
We do not currently offer product exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please follow the refund process and place a new order.
